• Deluxe Touring Bikes: Includes professional outfitting, at least one bike equipped with cycle computer, handlebar or trunk bag, rear platform carrier & bungee cord, souvenir water bottle & cage and helmet (a lock is not necessary). Additional equipment available as per our published rental rates.
• Accommodation in Island inns and bed & breakfasts. Rooms are equipped with private bath. Additional nights may be arranged before or after your tour.

Cycling Dates & Availability:

Tours can start any day you choose. Many of the properties are small Inns and B&Bs and space is limited. It's important to book early, especially in July and August. If no-vacancies occur, we have alternative routes and properties.

Routes:

Daily routes average 50km (31 mi). Route cards will indicate distances while extended rides are available on request. Once you depart Charlottetown, you'll stay 2 nights at each property. If the distance between properties is too great, we may be able to prearrange a partial transfer for you and your bike. On alternate days you can lengthen or shorten your suggested route as desired. We mostly use scenic byways, heritage roads & the Confederation Trail. Highway riding is either with a broad shoulder or on less-travelled paved surfaces.

Our island offers a full range of activities to tempt Islanders and visitors alike. Join in the fun and we'll build your vacation around our festivals. Choose from Celtic Festivals, Highland Games, Old Home Week, sand castle building contests, the Rollo Bay Fiddle Festival, local ceilidhs (down home house party), and agricultural festivals - strawberry socials and blueberry festivals. If that doesn't tempt you, how about a plow festival with, of course, the Queen of the Furrows?
