Reservation requests cannot be processed without a completed form. If MacQueen's confirms my request as submitted, I agree to have MacQueen's pre-authorize and charge the credit card submitted to pay applicable cancellation fees if scheduled services are cancelled after confirmation of the service, or up to the full published transfer fee + delay fees + HST if I fail to be present for pickup at the specified location/date/time of my reservation. I understand cash payment is the preferred local form of payment and should be delivered to the designated driver at the start of my service.
