These week-long package tours of Western, Central and the 2-week “Vuelta Cuba” typically operate in the winter months from November or December through late March or early April. For private trips, the price is scaled to the # of participants (the more you can round up to share fixed costs, the lower the overall trip price for all members) and a single organizer registers and organizes payment on behalf of all participants.
