Mirley, a former member of Cuba’s national women’s cycling team, is an accomplished competitive rider with multiple medals under her belt in international competitions. After retiring from competitive cycling she married Danny MacQueen and they spend their summers in Canada and winters in Cuba. On PEI Mirley handles all of our bicycle rental reservations, Confederation Trail Shuttle bookings, and is designated to deliver luggage transfer services for our independent supported PEI cycle tourists. You’ll often find her cruising eastern PEI’s roads in the summer with her three daughters in tow; who are also enthusiastic cyclists and enjoy the opportunity to explore PEI’s backroads and beaches along with their Mom.

Kristen oversees the family’s businesses and resides most of the year in Havana, Cuba with her husband Abel. June/July usually sees her back in Charlottetown, however, providing assistance during high season and with the organization of our PEI tour programs.

MacQueen’s Bike Shop owner, mechanic extraordinare and most experienced cycle tour leader in Cuba. Danny’s responsible for keeping your bicycles in top shape while you enjoy cycling our Island. In his off season, Danny guides our Cuban tours and lives in Cuba 6 months a year with his wife Mirley, and three daughters.
